Atte Ka Halwa :

To make this sweet dish at your home you need the following ingredients .

5-6 nos of cashew nuts (will better if it in 2 pieces, not much pieces)
5-6 nos of black cardamom,(elaichi)

This is a very simple but tastier dish that can be made within 10 -15 minutes. First atta should be put on non stick kadhai till it gets brown(approx 2 minutes) , then you need to put sugar and ghee to mix it to make a solution . Put 1 cup water and stare it up to 2-3 minutes, then put the elaichi powder on it.The dish is ready now .
Now it is the time for platting or you an say dressing. Just put it on the bowl or plate as the way you want to make. If you spread it on the plate then put the whole cashew nut , almond and kismis to make the design and cut it into triangular shape, hexagonal shape or in heart shape as you like and serve to your family.
